This makes them suitable for automotive applications like on-board chargers (OBC) and traction inverters in electric vehicles (EV) as well as for DC\u2013DC converters, and heating ventilation &amp; air-conditioning systems (HVAC). The switches are housed in the increasingly popular surface-mounted D2PAK-7 package, which is more suitable for automated assembly operations than through-hole devices.\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5668\u4ef6\uff08NSF030120D7A0-Q\u3001NSF040120D7A1-Q\u3001NSF060120D7A0-Q\uff09\u636e\u79f0\u5177\u6709\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u5148\u7684\u54c1\u8d28\u56e0\u6570\uff08FoM\uff09\uff0c\u6b64\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5de5\u4e1a\u7ea7\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u73b0\u5df2\u83b7\u5f97AEC-Q101\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5f97\u5b83\u4eec\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6c7d\u8f66\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5982\u7535\u52a8\u6c7d\u8f66\uff08EV\uff09\u4e2d\u7684\u8f66\u8f7d\u5145\u7535\u5668\uff08OBC\uff09\u548c\u7275\u5f15\u9006\u53d8\u5668\uff0c\u4ee5\u53caDC &#8211; DC\u8f6c\u6362\u5668\u548c\u52a0\u70ed\u901a\u98ce\u4e0e\u7a7a\u8c03\u7cfb\u7edf\uff08HVAC\uff09\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5f00\u5173\u91c7\u7528\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u8868\u9762\u8d34\u88c5D2PAK &#8211; 7\u5c01\u88c5\uff0c\u4e0e\u901a\u5b54\u5668\u4ef6\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5c01\u88c5\u66f4\u9002\u5408\u81ea\u52a8\u5316\u88c5\u914d\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.semiconductor-today.com\/news_items\/2025\/may\/PR-image---SiC-MOSFETs-2024_min.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>RDS(on)&nbsp;is a critical performance parameter for SiC MOSFETs as it impacts conduction losses. However, concentrating on the nominal value neglects the fact that it can increase by more than 100% as device operating temperatures rise, resulting in a considerable rise in conduction losses. The temperature stability is even more critical when SMD package technologies are used compared with through-hole technology, since devices are cooled through the PCB. Nexperia identified this as a limiting factor in the performance of many currently available SiC devices and leveraged the features of its innovative process technology to ensure that its new SiC MOSFETs offer industry-leading temperature stability, with the nominal value of RDS(on)&nbsp;increasing by only 38% over an operating temperature range from 25\u00b0C to 175\u00b0C. This feature enables customers to address higher output power in their applications, achieved with a higher nominal 25\u00b0C-rated RDS(on)&nbsp;from Nexperia compared with other vendors, without sacrificing performance.RDS\uff08\u5bfc\u901a\uff09\u662f\u78b3\u5316\u7845\uff08SiC\uff09\u91d1\u5c5e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u573a\u6548\u5e94\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\uff08MOSFET\uff09\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u6027\u80fd\u53c2\u6570\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u4f20\u5bfc\u635f\u8017\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u53ea\u5173\u6ce8\u6807\u79f0\u503c\u4f1a\u5ffd\u7565\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e8b\u5b9e\uff0c\u5373\u968f\u7740\u5668\u4ef6\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5347\uff0cRDS\uff08\u5bfc\u901a\uff09\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u589e\u52a0100%\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4f20\u5bfc\u635f\u8017\u5927\u5e45\u4e0a\u5347\u3002\u4e0e\u901a\u5b54\u6280\u672f\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u8868\u9762\u8d34\u88c5\u5668\u4ef6\uff08SMD\uff09\u5c01\u88c5\u6280\u672f\u65f6\uff0c\u6e29\u5ea6\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\u66f4\u4e3a\u5173\u952e\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5668\u4ef6\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u5370\u5237\u7535\u8def\u677f\uff08PCB\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u6563\u70ed\u7684\u3002\u5b89\u4e16\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\uff08Nexperia\uff09\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u8fd9\u662f\u5f53\u524d\u8bb8\u591a\u53ef\u7528\u78b3\u5316\u7845\u5668\u4ef6\u6027\u80fd\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u9650\u5236\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5e76\u5229\u7528\u5176\u521b\u65b0\u5de5\u827a\u6280\u672f\u7684\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u5176\u65b0\u578b\u78b3\u5316\u7845MOSFET\u5177\u5907\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u5148\u7684\u6e29\u5ea6\u7a33\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u572825\u00b0C\u81f3175\u00b0C\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6e29\u5ea6\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff0cRDS\uff08\u5bfc\u901a\uff09\u7684\u6807\u79f0\u503c\u4ec5\u589e\u52a038%\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7279\u6027\u4f7f\u5ba2\u6237\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u5176\u5e94\u7528\u4e2d\u5b9e\u73b0\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u8f93\u51fa\u529f\u7387\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u5b89\u4e16\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u572825\u00b0C\u989d\u5b9a\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0b\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684RDS\uff08\u5bfc\u901a\uff09\u6807\u79f0\u503c\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u53c8\u4e0d\u727a\u7272\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis feature allows to get more power out of the selected Nexperia SiC MOSFET devices compared to similarly rated RDS(on)&nbsp;devices from other vendors, delivering a clear cost advantage for customers on semiconductor level,\u201d says says Edoardo Merli, senior VP &amp; head of business group Wide Bandgap, IGBT &amp; Modules (WIM). \u201cAdditionally, relaxed cooling requirements, more compact passive components, and higher achievable efficiency allow customers more degrees of freedom in their design and lower total cost of ownership,\u201d he adds. \u201cThese products are now available for the automotive market, where their performance and efficiency benefits can make a real difference in next-generation vehicle designs.\u201d\u610f\u6cd5\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u5bbd\u5e26\u9699\u3001IGBT\u53ca\u6a21\u5757\u4e1a\u52a1\u96c6\u56e2\u9ad8\u7ea7\u526f\u603b\u88c1\u517c\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u7231\u5fb7\u534e\u591a\u00b7\u6885\u5229\uff08Edoardo 2025.\u5b89\u4e16\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\uff08Nexperia\uff09\u8ba1\u5212\u4e8e2025\u5e74\u63a8\u51fa\u5176\u5bfc\u901a\u7535\u963b\u4e3a17\u6beb\u6b27\u548c80\u6beb\u6b27\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u7ea7\u78b3\u5316\u7845\u91d1\u5c5e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u573a\u6548\u5e94\u6676\u4f53\u7ba1\uff08SiC MOSFET\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
